BriteVerify is available as a pay-as-you-go service. There are no additional fees or set-up costs.
Our standard payment method is credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The only alternative to credit card payment is purchasing verification credits in high volume (250,000 or more), in which case we can arrange other payment options.
NOTE: For any type of plan, a valid credit card still has to be provided to establish an account.
BriteVerify supports two currencies (USD and GBP) for account billing at this time. The currency is determined by your company location. If an incorrect currency is displayed for your account, you may have the currency setting for your account changed by contacting customer support.
BriteVerify will run your credit card once a list of verifications is processed successfully. We will send you an email to notify you when your card has been charged so you may login at that time to view and download a receipt.
NOTE: There will not be any charges incurred for incorrectly formatted or malformed file.
If you sign into your account you can download your most recent invoice(s) by clicking on "Invoices" in the left-hand nav.
If your invoice is not available then it is likely we are still waiting for payment confirmation from your bank. If that is the case, please try and download them again at a later time.
